Gabriel Necoechea, Ph.D.

Gabriel Necoechea is Director, Content and UX and Africa & Middle East Markets with ACTEX Learning. Gabe earned his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Kansas State University in 2021. As an individual contributor and project manager, he has contributed to various aspects of front-end and back-end functionality on the Actuarial University platform; the digital transformation of ACTEX’s highly regarded written study manuals; and to the creation of new content, both written and video. Through his video work, he has developed hundreds of instructional videos for associate-level actuarial exam topics through slide- and script-writing, audio recording, and editorial oversight. The result is comprehensive, eLearning coverage of associate-level exams for SOA, CAS, and IFoA.
