How the ACTEX Pass Guarantee works


  • Pass Guarantee gives you access to the most up-to-date material for the same exam
  • Pass Guarantee must be requested within 2 years of the original license expiration
  • Purchase a 90-day, 180-day, 210-day, or 365-day license (digital or print manual)
  • A 90-day license includes a one-time 90-day renewal if you do not pass
  • A 180-day license includes a one-time 90-day renewal if you do not pass
  • A 210-day license includes a one-time 90-day renewal if you do not pass
  • A 365-day license includes unlimited 180-day renewals if you do not pass (for the same exam)

How to activate your Pass Guarantee

  • Email ACTEX at support@actexlearning.com with your original order number and proof of result (official score report with your name and result).
  • You will receive a new key code within 72 hours of your pass guarantee being approved.

Terms and Conditions

  • License renewals include digital material only
  • Not available for printed materials, textbooks, or selected courses/services
  • Not available for advanced or final-level exams
  • Only one Pass Guarantee per exam can be active at a time
  • Non-transferable (valid for original purchaser; valid for related exam)
